Scott Mitchell
& Associates advocacy/grassroots section went
national in 1993, when we were tasked to create
grassroots results for the legendary Goddard-Claussen
(remember ‘Harry & Louise?) effort that
stopped the Clinton health care initiative. The
techniques we invented and won with in that legendary
battle cast our practice nationwide, and we’ve
been teaching (and winning) advocacy battles ever
since.
While the majority of our clients generally still
utilize our experience for political or regulatory
reasons, our advocacy/grassroots services are
increasingly being put to use for strategic legal
and marketing purposes.
